Extra geometry is pretty cheap novadays, and for stylized texture blending you can get away with less geometry.
Right now walls looks like that. Some areas where you want smoother blends and more control you go for higher poly count

Thank you! Yes, vertex color, and i'm planning to utilize all channels to mix 3 or 4 materials later
