Is it your job to make sure shifts are covered? I am thinking not. Am thinking it’s maybe theirs, and being shitty at you is very dumb. Thinking they are arguing themselves out of a job. Perhaps the other things they’re supposed to do are also dumb and easy without needing to be shitty to folks?

Not my place to dictate your journey so pinch of salt but IMO don’t require confronting wrong people to be part of your wholeness journey. Some people are fucked and it’s not right to have to face them to heal and become better. Your job is you, not them; not fair to expect you to heal the world 💕
