In this recipe they call for a cup of white sugar with cinnamon and flour to be sprinkled over the apples.
I used a tablespoon of sugar instead.
It made a huge difference! We don’t need that much sugar when the apples are sweet enough, plus there’s brown sugar in the topping.

I totally get you! I have poor circulation when I’m not walking, my hands are cold in cold weather but once I’m walking they heat up.
I walked in the water at Blue sea beach in April 2024 during the solar eclipse.
That was cold LOL! Not much sea ice that year.

In the winter as long as you’re mindful of the road, sidewalk and surroundings you can exercise in harsh winter conditions, so long as you stay safe.
I’ll be doing night walking soon so I’ll be wearing a reflective vest.
