Eine Kontaktgebühr beim Arztbesuch würde kaum zur Schließung der Finanzierungslücke im Gesundheitssystem beitragen, aber Frust von Patienten & Ärzten sowie sozialen Sprengstoff bedeuten. Sie würde vor allem arme Menschen vom Arztbesuch abhalten. Ich halte das daher für ungeeignet.
