In August, a group of our students learning Estonian went on a week-long excursion to Estonia. In the winter semester, we will have two presentations related to the trip, one on 13 October in the colloquium and another one on 31 October. Stayed tuned!

Daria Zhornik and Lorenz Staudacher gave a talk in our colloquium yesterday about their work with Northern Mansi materials from Valery Chernetsov's archive. Several students have been processing the folklore narratives and analysing them in their course papers and BA theses.
