So chuffed to hear King’s Heath Park garden nursery is to be saved from closure. This u turn is absolutely down to significant community opposition and a petition of almost £5000 signatures.
Thank you to everyone who helped with this campaign, especially the Parks friend’s groups. #communitypower

Huge thanks to Moseley Forum for hosting a Road Safety Open Meeting 🙏 Our Chair, Martin Price, joined Mat MacDonald, Sarah Chaundler (City of Cars) & Cllr Izzy Knowles. Great to see prospective candidates + residents debating how to make our streets safer, healthier & more liveable

I am already in contact with faith leaders to support a local interfaith forum. I have also reached out to offer support and reassurance to the head of King David School in Moseley.

I am devastated to hear of the news of an attack on a Jewish community in Manchester on Yom Kippur.
My thoughts are with the local Jewish community who will now be fearful on an important day of observance in the Jewish calendar.

This week I took a motion to council to urgently roll out Moving Traffic Enforcement cameras across the city.
I outline in my speech how the failure to consistently enforce traffic rules is causing resentment and division.
