it’s not that there isn’t stigma against invisible disabilities but harming ourselves and our bodies and forcing ourselves to be uncomfortable and in pain on purpose over hypothetical scenarios just doesn’t seem worth it to me, why let ableism win

i also (respectfully) doubt you’re gonna have enough disabled people at your workplace needing to use the restroom at the exact same time… it’s happened to me once in an airport (not a regular place by any means), someone rolled their eyes about me, but they don’t know my medical status so 🤷

i hope i don’t sound disrespectful but you sound like you need the accessible restroom… would you judge someone else for using it just because their disability is invisible like yours? it’s not just a “mobility aid user” restroom. you shouldn’t force yourself to use an option that harms your body
