I have frequently reconsidered my artist name "Fire Healer". Particularly in the context of the mass destruction that is happening (again) as a result of fire.

Why did I choose that name?

From a song I wrote with an old band. Ultimately it is about destruction and rebirth.

I woke up earlier and read a conversation where musicians were discussing analogue vs sampled instruments, in particular, the mellotron.

So I made this.

Someone said that it was "eerie but pleasing to ears" so I've invented the genre "Eerie Listening".

I really want to be making more music and putting some up here but alas, I've moved (again) which on top of mental health struggles hasn't been conducive to doing much. What I will do is post some older stuff soon though, plus work on getting myself out and maybe doing some 'location' videos!

I am generally really good at jamming with people. However, particularly when playing bass guitar, I have noticed I sometimes start in the wrong key and I don't notice.

It really annoys me that I do this.

Anyone else have this problem?
