So the other day. My 18 year old was saying to my wife and me “what’s the big deal about the Dyson vacuum”, and we somehow went into this whole conversation about how cool it was to go from a bag that made a mess to a canister. And how it set the stage for a vacuum revolution.

Every year, 4,000-5,000 Indigenous women go missing, many stolen by violence fueled by fossil fuel “man camps.” Each one is as valuable as any CEO, yet they get no justice, no $50k rewards. This is capitalism’s justice system: protect the rich, sacrifice the working class. #LuigiMangione

In the last few minutes of my last session. I find out that my therapist was leaving the practice. Felt like all the work done up to that moment was completely undone.
It’s not, just a real kick to the gut.
I will not quit. I will continue making myself a better version of what I currently am.
