That’s my theory. Makes sense as it was confusing when it was rolled into the best Metra line, NCS.

It was very short notice and only ran for three weeks.
I don’t know if it’s the most likely since I think more NCS service would come before O’Hare shuttle service

It kinda defeats the purpose of the red line running express after Belmont, and brown running local. They both come often enough it shouldn’t be a problem to wait a few minutes.
