One aspect that I’ll look for when reading nutrition resources will be to check if the information shared is supported by research rather than just opinions. I think it’s also important to check for possible conflict of interest that can influence the points being made.

I’m a pre-med student, I’m taking this course as part of my minor and I’m curious in understanding the role of nutrition in our lives. A question would be how does metabolism affect our body weight? A word I associate with healthy eating is balance. My favorite food is fried chicken.
