An unbiased take from AI. It's important to approach these topics with context and timeline in mind.

Yes, I've seen the games that are strikingly similar to ours. And that's ok, I look at it as a form of appreciation.

I just wish some of them had more creative takes. It would be interesting to see different environments and types of traps.

That being said, new map out soon.

It's been 3 weeks since we released our game. So far, it's been a fun ride! At the point now, where it might become our main source of income.

Thank you, to everyone that took a chance on a small, rage-bait, frustrating indie game. More updates to come soon!

Well it's out. My short indie game. Please go try it and tell me how bad it was, so I can finally hang it all up and pursue something else. No regrets.

You’re just trying to get home. It’s only a quarter mile. One street. What could go wrong.

One thing I learned this year, is if you don't have real experience marketing your indie game, your chances of succeeding outside of Steam are severely limited.

Our first game, we invested into content creators, paid testers, promoted in every discord we know.

At this point, if you are an experienced software engineer, you know how it all works. End to end. From the Figma board, all the way to the end user experience.

Even if you don't have it all figured out, we have dev-facing PaaS, SaaS, AI, gig websites, etc

Job market sucks? Disrupt it. Show them.

It's been 7 months since I gave up energy drinks.

Do I feel better? Maybe. It's great not having to depend on them anymore. There are times when I feel lethargic during something important.

Thankfully it's winter season, so stepping outside to shock myself has been a decent alternative.

My take on leetcode.

It's just a measure of maximum effort. Sure it helps to solidify some logical fundamentals.

But what they're really testing, is if you are willing to put in the time and effort to learn some non-trivial concept.

That's all it is. Just a test of your ability to grind.
