i drew so many leaves of ivy today. i like the composition, but making it legible at 4x2 inches... mistakes may have been made.

spent a few hours digging into 990s from the Society of Illustrators, looking through the list of 2025 MoCCA fest sponsors, and browsing the 2025 program to locate ads from non‐sponsors.
i also made a few calculations based on their sponsorship "opportunities".

post-MICE, something i'm thinking about is how so many of the artists i spoke too struck me as kinda starved for feedback on their work that hits on specific technical/formal qualities and the effect those decisions produce in other people experiencing the work.
