It’s not a pellet, but I love my Masterbuilt Gravity (I have the 800, but would spring for the XT if I were buying now). Runs on charcoal so you can do low and slow smoking, or high heat for regular grilling.

Something I’ve been wondering: presumably a major source of fear is that Musk will dump a boatload of cash on a primary opponent of anyone who crosses Trump. Why are deep-pocketed pro-democracy donors not countering that by promising to fund their primary if that happens?
