It can only reliably stay that way if it's not downwind/stream from places using these chemicals. One of the reasons it was banned is that it doesn't just affect the original application site.

Every new student at our club on the first day hears me say "The earliest sword manual we have depicts a priest teaching several students sword and buckler. Importantly, one of those students is a woman; so know that the dudebros on the Internet who say women can't swordfight are full of shit."

Pushing EREV just perpetuates the myth of range anxiety, reinforcing the idea that EV isn't good enough. Anyone who still thinks EV aren't good enough is going to stick with standard ICE. Anyone else still driving ICE is doing so because they can't afford electric. This addresses neither problem.

Who the fuck bought you? "All the benefits" my ass. The only thing "extended range" vehicles offer is one more chance for the unethical to milk more profits from a technology that should have died a long time ago.
