She hates being vulnerable and doesn't need help understanding elementals and other spirits, but she tried the shriekshroom spores once just to see what'd happen. She found the experience unpleasant. Her extrasensory senses were enhanced, but she felt overwhelmed, sensing too much around her at once
When relaxed high, she does get more physically affectionate w/ some people
Lyla's never tried the sort designed to energize someone. She doesn't think it'd be a good idea & doesn't think she needs more energy. She has enough trouble just sleeping normally, which is why she likes the sedative kind

Not unless she's exhausted or uses a sleep aid (magic & medicine can work). It can take hours for Lyla to fall asleep naturally, especially if she's stressed or operating on a schedule that disagrees w/ her internal rhythm. She also wakes easily from noise & is prone to having bad dreams
