It makes perfect sense that’s probably why I don’t want you to feel like it! I know what it feels like and it’s horrible. Lack of sleep is the worst isn’t it. Especially if you’re restless too and it seeps into everything, inbox is always open if you need a vent 💕 I won’t be mother 😭

Are you unwell/off your baseline because that sometimes affects any mental stuff and makes anxiety worse. Try to nap and treat yourself gently xx
