The dogs were FULL of beans on their run today with the cold weather 🤣 i had planned to get a picture from the front when I stopped for a snow chomp break, but the dogs, uh....were threatening to take the ATV without me

For sure!!! I think the (gestures at the world at large) was making it hard for me to find joy in mushing again too. Running with friends is my favorite and it was very much needed!

I needed this. I've been feeling very stagnated and borderline depressed about mushing but this weekend helped me remember all the fun and totally has me all jazzed for training and racing this year. And I think the dogs are reinvigorated too!!

Cheesecake tagged along and was the star of the show. She got showered in pets from the college students from Mushing Club @ Michigan Tech and had a huge adventure chasing sticks and leaves.
