Bake for about 18 minutes at 440F, depending on the thickness could be more or less.

For the filling:
spread 80g cream cheese, then spread tomato sauce thinly, sprinkle about 150g of grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkle 80g of ham cubes and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Roll up, cut into 3cm pieces, place on bake sheet. Let rest 30'. Sprinkle grated cheese and paprika spice on top.

For the dough:
Water: 120 g
Dried instant yeast: 1 tsp (or 10 g fresh yeast, crumbled)
Olive oil: 15 g (plus extra for greasing)
White bread flour: 220 g
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Mix until medium gluten development & let rise until doubles in size (1hr).
Roll out thinly (3mm thick about 30cmx40cm)
