Readers dilemma: I am currently reading the 3rd book of a series that I LOVE and have been looking forward to for a year. However, I am paragraphs into Ch. 1 and one of the main characters is being an idiot and I’m so annoyed with them I can’t get past it.

The second I saw Samuel L Jackson as Uncle Sam I knew something incredible was happening. Confession: I struggled to follow the words-I just can’t listen that fast without subtitles. But the imagery was undeniable and powerful. This was a masterclass in speaking truth to power. 🤟

I cannot get over the people who liked Trump because he “tells it like it is” voting for him on the premise that “he wouldn’t actually do all that stuff” he SAID he wanted to do, and now being shocked he’s doing it.
