Speaking of hiding in plain sight, that’s where you have been in my reading life. I didn’t discover you until this year and now…you’re everywhere! Very cool about Crosby. To give away my age, I first met him pre-Byrds in Greenwich Village. He was always kind of an ass but he was OUR ass.

I’m reading They Knew and Road Trip right now. I just put the cover of They Knew on my Instagram Stories with David Crosby’s “What Are Their Names” playing in the background. He was as spot on in 1970 as you are today.
