Never has a company misunderstood public mood and needs more than the fools behind Quality Street.

As a Christian, I find these people quite stressful. Ironically, as a Middle Eastern Christian, I have actually been persecuted for my faith, unlike these numpties who performatively want to complain about imaginary issues.

We’re just riding on the romantic success of English women. But what a week for Bill Bailey to struggle with catchphrases🫠

I think this is a great example of why the economy is a bad talking point. Frequently just means GDP, but that’s not distributed equally. Real wages and the cost of living are what people experience, and those are not great! (I am not ground breaking in saying this but nevertheless!)

Also if you wear a clingy dress, for goodness sake please wear a slip! Why have we lost this knowledge?

I think he was really offended they brought in a bunch of strikers to eventually replace him and pouted. TBH he was the first Egyptian player not to sulk himself out of the PL, so it was a matter of time (I am Egyptian don’t come for me)

Tried to watch something on YouTube yesterday. Nearly incessant ad breaks. Gave up. At least tv regulates ad breaks.

The more I read the list the more annoyed I get. Not to sound like a Tory but it’s a lot of spend but not a clear path to funding it.

If someone tries to take you to Yolk for sandwiches, mark them as the office fool. Nobody sensible would pay £10 for that mediocre a sandwich.

I know parents of a 17 y/o type 1 diabetic, who remotely monitor and administer his insulin. They also plan to follow him to university wherever he goes 🫠

Theologically wrong, historically wrong. Fundamentally unserious.

There was literally an entire tax system. Someone tried to catch Jesus out and HE TOLD THEM to pay Roman taxes.

Oooh interesting, and do you then prescribe virtually/in writing for a patient? I guess you’d cover 1.8x patients but at roughly 1.2x cost compared to having 2 doctors (numbers approximation obvs)
November 28, 2025 at 12:28 AM
Yes, you’re right, I remember he said that as well. But capacity wise, unhelpful!

Anecdotal klaxon. A friend who is a GP told me that GPs can’t always find work because practices prioritize other spend over doctors. Baffling
