The before, the after.
My annual big batch of chili. One meal 2nite, 14 more in the freezer. Total cost of ingreds was CAD67$, so $4.46 per meal (for 2). Highly nutritious, healthy, no sugar added, high in fiber. Could have saved $17 buying cheap meat but splurged on higher end veggie beef.

Can't think of many places on earth where you can see five volcanoes simultaneously. Here's two from my side of the PDXYYC flt today. St Helen in the foregrnd, Mt Rainier behind. Just out of shot is Mt Baker.
