The last 80 years of national centralisation has created an enormous bureaucratic system of governance.
Yet each one of the steps that got us here was done because of 'efficiency'.
Now they want to do the same to local government.

Look at all those other leaflets advertised! There was so much enthusiasm and genuine hope for the future of cycling back then. The subsequent two decades crushed a lot of that.
