Eamon is an active HSE patient partner and is a member of the National Neurorehabilitation

Positive proposal by ILAE to move away from “PNES” which is criticized as “psychogenic” & implies mind–body dualism. “Nonepileptic” only defines the diagnosis negatively. “FDS” improves consistency in clinical practice and research. Thanks @fndportal.bsky.social for highlighting this. 💚🧡
