Nose pillows. Works great, but my nostrils get chapped sometimes, and they can be finicky to seal. Also, I kinda want a septum piercing, but they recommended against it with the pillows.

Aside from the usual Top Chef, I've also been enjoying Crime Scene Kitchen and Next Level Chef (which is a little silly and over-the-top, but fun). CSK is great, they have to guess what was baked in a kitchen based on whatever clues they find, and then bake it themselves.
