labour/democrats/whoever are not losing because they’re discussing supporting trans people. they’re losing because they agreed, by engaging in the argument at all, with the premise that some minority groups can be blamed for social problems.

it’s only ever going to be a question of who is blamed.

I can confirm it’s a common advice I give to ND people and we/they have used it effectively.

I think as many other things is a matter of scope: it helps? Yes. It’s life changing? Eh, probably not.

I hadn’t run a design sprint in person for awhile. It’s easier on Zoom. In person it’s like cat herding, especially when there are multiple groups working on separate problems.

I still mostly do inbox zero. But I don’t care too much if it’s actually zero. I also follow most of the advice in that post which simply gets me to… zero or few overall.

I’d also add that I kinda ruthlessly unsubscribe from everything.

I see the variables you are weighting, but I still think optimization of these networks is also at force at play that will decreases workload.

Now the problem is to weight if one will overtake the other, and when.

So yeah. I think unlikely, but ultimately possible.
