Nightreign probably has the worst player base of any game I've played.
I made the mistake of not getting out of 2nd rank in Deep of Night and am forever stuck.
The amount of people leaving now, sometimes before we're even dropped, is wild. I probably have 3 out of 4 matches fail due to leavers.

I got really into gamedev nearly a decade ago. Thanks to ADHD I moved on to yet another interest (sound design) in a few years. Now I'm planning on making a pixel art Soulslike Metroidvania. Will I finish it? Probably not. But its the journey I always enjoy most.
