Unfortunately, the federal government does have the ability to determine/amend minimum CDL standards through FMCSA.

States can apply more stringent standards, but never less so, or risk losing their ability to issue, amend, and renew CDLs.

Its stupid, of course, and should be challenged in court.

The hull marking throws me, as what looks like "ND" simply can't be found anywhere. Interestingly, the hull-shape reminds me of the French Diane-II class, specifically the
Oréade.

Please, especially if your account has reach, apply some basic diligence before sharing shit you see on burner accounts, engagement-farmers, etc!
A poster that says: Google It. Check Snopes.com. Look in an encyclopedia. Ask a librarian. Ask an expert in that field. Just do SOME research first before sharing a post. Pictures and words together DO NOT EQUAL FACTS. Stop sharing posts before checking their accuracy. Eschew ignorance. Pursue TRUTH.
