To the left of the monster is a factory or crematorium spewing smoke out all into the sky. A crescent moon sits next to the factory. Both the factory and the monster sit on a large pile of skulls. The monster is substantially larger than the factory.

Upon the arm and head of the monster sits a small city and houses and trees, as if our entire daily lives rests on a monstrosity. In the sky is a large crescent moon with clouds.

The experience is like being blotted out and replaced. Still you remain, to see yourself disappear. Then your “self” returns.

So, twice in two years I’ve been in pain out of my mind.

It is five days of pain since my double surgery. Yesterday was some of the most severe pain I’ve had in my life.

The anesthesia is very strong! Just got home from surgery. Had a really good time. Due to my wrecked kidneys the anesthesia is going away very slowly. It is very strong. STRONG. 💪 drowsy and fading and fading and fading. Like deep waves.
