BTW/FYI, even tho Eric Adams will soon have to vacate… swear to God, I thought he said "Greasy Mansion" instead of Gracie Mansion at first… he will always have a home in my pre-stream sizzle reel (even tho CH 04 got taken down during the NYPD dance team last week, suspiciously)
