I think it refers to suicide, but the question is who is doing the referring. The files include a document that the letter was sent out for handwriting analysis, so they should include the handwriting analysis itself.

I can see the medium because these child rapists thought their actions were a big joke. But yeah, I was thinking similarly about how it ended up in the files and posted an addendum before I saw your post.

Or someone who wasn't Epstein actually sent it, it was rejected because Nassar had been moved, it came back to Epstein who had died, and it ended up in the official files. A handwriting analysis was ordered in 2019. The results should be in the files somewhere...

Someone in this thread posted a justice department document that references the letter and stated it was returned to sender because the addressee was no longer at that address. So that piece tracks.

This is a bad take. It blames the victims and expects them to go through more trauma. They didn't have a choice then; don't try to coerce them to give up their rights to privacy and peace now.

The murder of Charlie Kirk was reprehensible. That does NOT mean we need to forget who he was. He did not conduct discourse in good faith. He manipulated the truth to promote Christian Nationalism, white supremacy, and transphobia. You need to retract this and start supporting trans folks.

It's absolutely unreal how public health is being chipped away bit by bit by bit. Predictable but unreal. I'm sorry that you're having to wait and hope you are able to stay protected.

I was finally able to find a place to give my kiddo both the flu and COVID vaccine. CVS had them for ages 13+. My parents and my husband have a script now. Still waiting on my doctor... It's maddening that we're right back where we started 5 years later.

I hope you feel better. Take comfort that you were able to get the shots. I'm clawing through the system to find shots and/or find someone allowed to give the shots to my high risk daughter. I had to get a prescription for her for the COVID vax, but no one has it anyway, not even for 65+.

I tried to get her the flu vax today. Her doctor's office didn't have it for her insurance company yet (what?), so I tried her pharmacy. They are only allowed to give the flu vaccine to 18+.

Thank you for this. With school starting back up soon, I realized I needed to catch up on the latest. Not great news. I didn't see a section on kids with underlying conditions, though. Time to call the pediatrician I guess. Do you know if a vax from 1/2025 is still effective?
