People may not realize just what a huge deal this is. 30 yrs ago pancreatic cancer was a death sentence. It is seldom diagnosed as stage 1 and most frequently as state III or IV. Many people died in the first 3 months after diagnosis.
In a small trial, nearly half of pancreatic cancer patients who received an mRNA vaccine had no signs of relapse after three years.

Public schools should be fully funded so teachers earn at least $70k, students get free breakfast and lunch, and classrooms have up-to-date books and technology.
If it takes cutting tax breaks for the ultra-rich to make that happen, sign me up.
