Returning to quiet I need to borrow silence for a while, to unlearn the habit of constant reply, to fold my words back into my chest like letters never meant to be sent. The world has grown too loud with versions of me I created just to survive the noise. Smiles I wore like uniforms. I miss the older me, the one who lived in pauses, who didn’t explain every breath, who felt complete without being seen. I want to step back gently, without drama, without defense. Let me choose fewer voices, fewer expectations wearing my name. I want to return, to the quiet place where I used to belong.

Fragmented Something shifted in me, slowly, The light inside, once burning clear, Now flickers faint with doubt and fear. I lost something that day, Something I still can’t name. I walked away, but left behind A piece of my heart. No outward scars to see, But I feel the blood beneath Flowing from the wounds so deep. Still I breathe, but not the same, A ghost within me, stripped of name. And though the world goes on, unchanged, I know I’m not. I have been fragmented.
