Every time I see a pop-up asking me to rate your service/product, my "likeliness to recommend you" goes down a point. The same goes for each email reminding me I didn't tell you how likely I am to recommend you.

I thought about doing extreme cold weather tricks like throwing water, frozen pants, or hypothermia. It wouldn't work anyway, so I wrote "winter sux" on my frozen window. My finger is under an armpit, it will be fine.
