Given the proposals on patient feedback in the NHS 10 year plan for England, it is worth saying that NHS Scotland has used @careopinion.org.uk for over 10 years now.

A relative shared how @nhsforthvalley.bsky.social's #HospitalAtHome team cared for their 83-year-old mother during serious illness.

They described the support as holistic, responsive, and “life-changing".

At HMP Grendon, one person shared how support from #NHSInclusion Substance Misuse Service transformed their life. With a #DARTS mentor they learned emotional management through meditation, easing anxiety, reducing shame and building confidence and self-compassion.
