Thinking about online patient feedback...

In some orgs it's data: log, count, report.
In some it's cases: listen, resolve, close.
In some it's culture: learn, improve, be open.

Enough with the outrage theatre.
If Reform stands for ordinary working people, why did all their MPs vote against the Workers’ Rights Bill?

You can’t wedge immigration into that one. It’s just the record.

Completely wrong headline from CNN. The report from a 2006 police interview with Trump ANSWERS questions. Specifically, it proves that (no surprise) Trump is lying when he says he had no idea what Epstein was up to.

CNN should not perpetuate the lies.

He is referenced not a dozen times in the case files. Not 100 times. Not 1,000 times. He’s referenced 38,000 times.

As HCPs, we need to understand it’s hard in reality for patients to challenge, or express concerns, disagreement or disappointment in their care, bc patients are dependent on their care & in a vulnerable position. It's important to understand the power dynamic is there, however kind we think we are.

What kind of sick, horrific conditions are children being forced to endure in there?
