Comparing this eve with the last "night before a written FRCA exam":
- I have been outside three (3) times in the last 24h
- I am mostly clean and at least partially shaven
- My BMI is in the normal range
- I have no *active* neuromuscular pathology
Let's see if this "wellbeing" approach works 🤔

Today has been a day of very tough ethics/law discussions with some excellent medical students, and stressful course prep for the rest of the week
It has also been a day of dancing on my way to the station with the Wicked soundtrack at full volume
