The thing is Nintendo thought it was about fans wanting the console or games first. I found it was because it was cheaper.

Back from the time of Grey imports. I think most people I knew with a SNES here in the UK had some JAP games. I worked in a computer shop where we had a JAP Super Famicom hooked up to a projector with F-Zero running. (Got replaced with a PS1 and Wipeout down the line)

I suppose part of it were the games didnt really appeal to me. I preferred SF 2 to King Of Fighters and bullet hell shooters were not my thing. Other games on it felt like cut down copies of other arcade games.

The Neo Geo arcade machine always felt cheap or a cut down experience compared to all the dedicated cabs around at the time. I saw them in the wild plenty of times but very rarely put any money in them. Especially if they were running Neo Geo versions of other arcade games.

I had totally forgotten about these. The amount of dubious phone tools I had back in the day for changing these and altering ring tones along with other unlocking apps. I kept them on a laptop that i didn't do anything else with as most of them seemed like they were malware, but they worked.

Never even knew this was a thing, I have just played around with it and it is fun. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, each page is a scanned image... Yeah word wouldn't like that. I am running it through the Adobe Acrobat OCR Now. Where do you want me to put it once it's done?

I have adobe here at work. I can do it for you if you want to send it. My last day is thursday though. Alternatively you can open the pdf in word and it should convert it for you.

I had the Atari ST Original and then went out and brought the SNES version when it released for the extra scenes. I can't even remember what those extra scenes were now but I am sure it was worth it.
