As a kid fishing in the keys a giant bail of marijuana floated by. The boat captain started the boat and moved away from it, saying the DEA might spot it from a plane and wait to see who picks up. Years later, as a teen, my scuba instructor had buoyancy vests stuffed with weed. He’d ’saved a bail.’
