1) Blue states declare a state of emergency
2) Enact the title 2 of the Emergency Banking Act of 1933
3) Restrict moneys transferred out of state specifically targeting transfers to the IRS
4) Redirect those transfers to a state escrow account.
5) Sue me

It’s far too early to be jumping to conclusions like this. I think we’re going to see the US become less and less relevant in negotiations to end this war of aggression.
