The associate, Rachel Cohen, recently organized an open letter that called on Big Law to respond to Trump's executive orders designed to sanction three prominent firms. The letter was signed by more than 300 Big Law associates.

You guys are missing the point. Republicans communicate to people that hate politics via these podcasts, and there is an opening for Dems to do so as well.
Instead. Dems that love politics want to force people that hate politics to pay attention to politics the way they do. Ain't gonna happen.
