The people running ICE are indistinguishable from Confederate slave holders. They both believe/believed that a person with light skin has an unlimited right to beat, enslave, and murder people with dark skin. They lost the last two rounds in both 1865 and 1965. We have to be sure they lose this one.

Your message is valid, yeah. Also, it's urgent that folks who think they are protected by privilege understand that they are not. Hammering them with "dead white male nurse" may be what it takes to see that "everyone is expendable," even them. "Everyone has value" doesn't seem to break through.
