As Banned Books Week 2025 comes to a close, we decided to share a quick analysis of the 54 books challenged in Fort Bend ISD since 2022. 6 of those books were found in both MS & HS libraries.

Boy Toy by Barry Lyga is currently in 3 Fort Bend ISD High School libraries. It was challenged in June 2024 and is pending review by a District Reconsideration Committee.
