Played some Dragon Quest 3 yesterday (I couldn’t help myself). Got the Thieves Key. Turned off quest markers and ended up taking a long way to get it but it was really satisfying that there was more than one way to get to the destination. Love my party. Hero, Monster Wrangler, Priest, and Warrior.

I ran out of this this morning. And I’m not sure if it’s seasonal or not and Trader Joe’s is so far away from my house.

I think Millium and Jusis have such a strong friendship that you see develop over the course of the Cold Steel Arc. The big bro/little sis dynamic is just perfect and any scene where she acts completely out of sorts in a more formal situation and he comments on it is just great.

I think Millium and Jusis have such a strong friendship that you see develop over the course of the Cold Steel Arc. The big bro/little sis dynamic is just perfect and any scene where she acts completely out of sorts in a more formal situation and he comments on it is just great.

Hoping to make some good progress in Tactics tonight. Just beat the sluice gate level. I think I’m going to have a named character party which feels like maybe cheating a bit but it’s my first time of what I’m sure will be many playthroughs so I’m good with it. Orlandeau is mine!

Picked up DQ 3 HD-2D remake and I’m excited to play it after I finish Tactics (which will hopefully be soon). It feels like a good capstone in this year of 2D turn based JRPGs.
