My husband was looking up names of people he remembered from K-2nd grade before he moved to the other side of the country. Back when Facebook was just a few schools. He found me. We had a lot in common. Became good friends. He moved back east. Dated a year later. And have been married 10 years now.

As someone who didn’t have a mortgage in 2007 but does now. What would this mean for nonadjustable rate Fannie Mae backed mortage holders? Is this all institutions fail & our loans are called due in 30 days bad? Everyone’s F-cked? Or sucks if you gambled on adjustable rate & over bid on a home bad?

Yeah no. Was in a NYC Highschool for 9/11. Our Sikh and vaguely middle eastern looking students had to drop out for a month they were harassed so bad. We all had red white blue Christmas trees. The most liberal city on earth became extremely xenophobic & “patriotic” for a year at least.

$100K is below median income in most cities. Plenty of working class and middle class people with salaries over that amount who are struggling paycheck to paycheck because of the cost of living. Plus this props up poor ppl who voted for this. This is a bandaid. Focus on removing the tariffs.
