Tonight I accidentally killed a fully geared rando after getting shot at. I apologized profusely, and he was super chill and just told me to make good use of his gear.
I died two minutes later and did, in fact, not make good use of his gear.

So I just noticed the cable connecting the two drivers is starting to come apart too.
Do I just bite the bullet and buy the DT 770 PRO X for 200 bucks after proudly swearing I'd never buy Beyerdynamic again?
...I really can't be bothered to look for different headphones…

Second pair of Beyerdynamic DT770s where the cable gave out on me. I think I'm done with them at this point and I can’t be bothered to fix it, especially since the headband plastic is disintegrating too.
Any suggestions for an upgrade?
