I work as an acute care case manager on a busy cardiac floor in a major hospital. My heart breaks daily seeing the absolute BS that patients and their families have to go through in this healthcare system. I do what I can to provide support and love but change is needed, DESPERATELY.

Last week at the #gym I saw this older woman's planner on the locker room bench, I told her I loved it. She asked "Do you #crossstitch?" I said YES 😳 and she tore out this very pattern from the book and gave it to me! Queen went on and did leg press while reading a book. Absolute icon. #confidence
