Such a good candidate for protected bike lanes. Current car volumes don't necessitate two lanes in both directions. It's a very popular route for cyclists and runners. If I had my way drivers wouldn't be able to drive through here. Give it to the people!

Nope. I take Sheridan because I enjoy the lake and it's faster for me. I wouldn't mind taking Chicago Ave but why put up with harsh conditions with zero reward? At least when I'm stuck behind a pedestrian I can enjoy the lake.

I was reading about a program in a town in Nebraska. Replaced windows, installed heat pumps, etc and rents stayed stable.
I want my gas oven removed!!
