hey dc paper of record washington post, i would like to read the story about how the mpd chief asserted mpd did not cover up the shooting of an unarmed black man by the feds despite confirming all the facts in your previous reporting that indicated a cover up occurred. where can i find it?

i would implore you to ask yourself why the men were even recording this interaction before this occurred. because i can tell you that cops are jumping out in black neighborhoods several times a day.
